LEO Developments is a property developer with an office at Al Mouj Walk Mall in Muscat and a project list that spans Germany and Oman. Its own site names four German schemes — Johannisallee, Neustadt Zossen, Naumanns Brauerei and August Bebel Strasse — alongside Vistal by Victoria Swarovski at Al Mouj Muscat, and describes the company as part of a wider group with active developments in Germany, Spain and the Gulf.

The company positions itself as a next-generation developer shaped by European craft and Middle Eastern identity, working in mixed-use commercial and branded residential, and organises its published material around four stated principles: vision, design excellence, craftsmanship and partnerships. It does not publish a founding year, a completed-project count, a delivered-unit total or an on-time delivery record, and we do not estimate any of them.

Its Omani debut is Vistal by Victoria Swarovski — sea-facing residences at Al Mouj Muscat, with Victoria Swarovski, of the family behind the Swarovski crystal house, attached as the residential brand. LEO states the architect as Lines & Visions and completion as 2029, and publishes a long amenity schedule for the building including an infinity pool, spa and wellness centre, sauna and jacuzzi, indoor gym, VIP lounge, private gardens and pools, solar energy, water purification with UV sterilisation, smart building management and AI CCTV monitoring. Because Al Mouj Muscat is a designated Integrated Tourism Complex, units at Vistal can be bought freehold by purchasers of any nationality.
