Is it really free?
Yes. The investor portal is included for every buyer of an Oman off-plan unit listed through us. There is no subscription and no premium tier.
Can I sign up without already owning a unit?
Absolutely. You can sign up to browse, save shortlists, and tell us what you're looking for. We'll show you a partial dashboard until your first investment is linked by our team.
How do you secure my documents?
Documents live on Cloudflare R2 with AES-256 encryption at rest, accessed only through short-lived presigned URLs. No public file links.
Is the portal available in Arabic?
Yes — English, Arabic, and Russian. Arabic uses a fully right-to-left layout, not a translated overlay.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the manager assigned to your investment. Our admins have audit-logged access for support purposes, and every action they take on your account is recorded.
What happens at handover?
Your portal stays active. Construction updates become handover and snag-list logs, and your documents remain available to download whenever you need them.
