Mira Developments builds branded, fully furnished homes: the interiors are done with a fashion or design house, and the buyer takes the keys with the furniture already in place. The company was founded in Dubai in 2023 and works from Al Barsha. Its named partners include Bentley Home, Elie Saab, Trussardi, Gianfranco Ferré Home, ETRO Home, Jacob & Co. and John Richmond. Mira reports 2,215 units and 473,300 sqm of living space across its portfolio to date, with projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Tbilisi and Andermatt in Switzerland. Oman is its newest market: the company acquired a one-million-square-foot site in Salalah and is building Mira Ocean Estates at Hawana Salalah.
