Hawana Salalah is on the Arabian Sea coast in Dhofar Governorate, southern Oman, about 20 minutes east of Salalah International Airport and Salalah city centre. Salalah is roughly a 1h45 flight from Muscat. Yes — Hawana Salalah is a designated Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC), granting 100% foreign freehold ownership to buyers of any nationality. The buyer registers the title under their own name with Oman's land registry. An investment of OMR 200,000 or more also qualifies for the 10-year renewable Golden Residency with first-degree family inclusion.
