About Diamond Developers
Diamond Developers is a Dubai-based developer founded in 2003 and the global pioneer of the "Sustainable City" model — operationally net-zero master-planned communities combining renewable energy, smart mobility, urban farming and circular waste systems with strong social infrastructure. The first Sustainable City in Dubai (Dubailand, 2016) became the regional blueprint for low-carbon urban living. In Oman, Diamond Developers partners with Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) via Sustainable Development & Investment Company SAOC (SDIC), the joint venture delivering The Sustainable City - Yiti — the 9.38 million sq.ft. first phase of the Yiti Integrated Tourism Development on the Gulf of Oman coast, designed to be net-zero carbon by 2040 in line with Oman's sustainability goals.
