Two plans are available. Plan 01: 20% down payment on signing, then 1.5% × 40 monthly instalments, with the final 20% on project completion (December 2028). Plan 02: 30% down payment, then 10% at 12 months and 10% at 24 months from booking, with the final 50% on completion. Both are interest-free.

How many villa types are there?

Four typologies — Villa A, B, C and D. Villa D includes a private rooftop terrace. All villas are 4 to 5 bedrooms, unfurnished, with European Siemens or Bosch appliances and double-glazed windows. Floor plans and exact sqm per type are available in the brochure.

Are the villas furnished?

No — Fairway Villas are delivered unfurnished, allowing each owner to personalise their interiors. Kitchens are pre-fitted with stainless-steel sinks and built-in European appliances (Siemens or Bosch).

Does this project qualify for Oman's Golden Residency?

Yes — any DarGlobal investment in AIDA totalling OMR 200,000 or more qualifies you for Oman's 10-year Golden Residency, with unlimited family inclusion for first-degree relatives, fast-track airport lanes and the right to issue visit visas for relatives.

Can I list this property on Airbnb?
