Two plans are available. Plan 01: 20% down payment on signing, 1% × 45 monthly instalments, then 35% on project completion (September 2029). Plan 02: 20% down payment, then four 15% instalments at 12, 24 and 36 months from booking, with the final 35% on completion. Both are interest-free.

How big are the apartments?
